These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zyncod.com and the services described on it, operated by Zyncod Ltd. ("Zyncod", "we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Zyncod provides website design and development services, including but not limited to the Growth Website Package described on this site. Specific scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are confirmed directly with the client before work begins and, where they conflict with this page, the agreed written scope controls.

Payments

Engagements are billed in stages as described at the time of booking. Deposits and stage payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered, except as covered by our money-back guarantee on the Day 7 preview milestone, as communicated at the time of engagement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the project on the agreed schedule. Delays in client feedback may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Ownership

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of the completed website, excluding any third-party assets (stock photography, licensed plugins, fonts) which remain subject to their original licenses.

Job Applications

By submitting a job application through this site, including any CV or recorded response, you confirm the information provided is accurate and that you consent to Zyncod reviewing it for hiring purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Templates Marketplace

Template listings are starting points, not final deliverables. Requesting a template "order" or "appointment" initiates a conversation with our team to confirm scope, customization, and prices before any payment is due.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyncod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant engagement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
