Job Applicant Recordings
Where a role requests a recorded screening response, that recording is reviewed only by Zyncod's hiring team for the purpose of evaluating your application. Recordings are never published or shared externally, and are retained only as long as needed to make a hiring decision, after which they are deleted.
Data Retention
We retain contact, booking, and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time - see Your Rights below.
Cookies & Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic and improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
